Steelers vs Panthers : Primetime games are something that every fanbase in the NFL clamors for. Generally, to play in front of a national television audience means that your team is one that is worth watching, and a legitimate contender for great things down the road. That’s exactly what the 6-2 Carolina Panthers are, and the primetime treatment is exactly what they and their fans are going to get.
For the first time this season, the Panthers will play in a nationally-televised game, as they travel to face the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday Night Football. Though the Panthers began their season with a massive television audience when they played the Dallas Cowboys in Week One, Thursday night’s game will be the first time that the entire nation gets to see the Panthers in action.
Here is a complete recap of broadcast information for the Carolina Panthers’ Week 10 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, which kicks off at 8:20 PM EST.

The Panthers’ Thursday Night match will be broadcast on FOX (WJZY in the Charlotte area), and will get the network’s top-shelf treatment. On the call for the game is FOX’s “A” crew of play-by-play announcer Joe Buck, color analyst Troy Aikman, and sideline reporter Erin Andrews. This will be the second time this season that Buck & Aikman have called a Panthers game, as they were on the call for Week One’s meeting with the Cowboys.
Meanwhile, the Panthers will also have a national radio broadcast for the first time this season. The Panthers’ game will be broadcast nationally on Westwood One Radio, with play-by-play announcer Ian Eagle and color analyst Tony Boselli, a legendary left tackle for the Jacksonville Jaguars who has been a finalist for the Pro Football Hall of Fame the past several seasons. The radio broadcast will be carried by WFNZ-AM 610 in the Charlotte area, and Westwood One has also provided a list of national affiliates on their website. In addition, the national broadcast will also be carried on SiriusXM Radio Channel 88.
Panthers fans more comfortable with their own commentary crew will be pleased to find that the Panthers’ own radio broadcast will once again be aired on WBT-AM 1110 AM in the Charlotte market, with Mick Mixon, Jim Szoke, Eugene Robinson, and Kevin Donnalley on the call. A Spanish language broadcast will also be aired on WGSP 102.3 FM, with Jaime Moreno and Luis Moreno Jr. on the call.
